Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of craft supplies, beads, jewellery materials, and DIY kits, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.

Refunds will only be provided if:

You receive a damaged product.

You receive the wrong item.

The ordered item is out of stock after payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

*Photos of the product

*Photos of the package received

*Unboxing videos is must for damages and missing

After verification, we will arrange a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed and dispatched.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
